Brian and Cole are picking me up in 40 minutes (6:45am). I can’t decide whether I should drink coffee (will I sleep in the car? will it make me race better?) before I leave. I haven’t done this early-morning-departure-for-a-bike-race thing in what feels like so long.
I think I’ve actually lost my Pacific Power jersey. I’ve been mentally filing it as “missing,” but I think that it really may just be gone. I suppose an email out to OBRA-Chat would be good. I wonder if I can find a new one- Cole’s not super stoked about me borrowing his extra one all the time.
The lightening/thunder/rain last night was awesome.
Well, that’s all I’ve got. Hopefully there’ll be something fun to tell about after the race.
